During the CEO’s conversation with Bob about the American International Toy Fair, he also discussed what he learned about the Calyx Flowers company. Calyx is a largely independent organization that uses an Enterprise Customer Relationship Management solution to manage its customer acquisition and retention processes. Their CRM solution is integrated with many of Calyx’s other applications and provides Calyx a competitive advantage in the market. The CEO has asked Bob to analyze whether or not VTB should implement a CRM solution in the near future.
