Vermont Teddy Bear: Case Study
After 9 months, Bob has made tremendous progress and is reporting progress on a weekly basis to the CEO and the Board. The CEO stopped by to speak with Bob about the American International Toy Fair he recently attended and he wants to share his excitement about a number of high-tech toys he reviewed during the conference. He is looking for Bob to conduct additional research on where the market is going and the impact these high-tech toys could have on their current Business model.
