Module 4: Risk to Reward: Learning How to Manage External Factors

In this module, we’ll explore how to manage risks to impact your personal and team performance. You’ll discover a few simple techniques that help you mitigate your risk and capture your desired rewards, including why developing a safe space through conversational intelligence is important to agile team performance. This module will help you learn to manage unrealistic expectations and what to do when your amygdala gets hijacked by the pressures and demands of your boss, client, or team member. Finally, we’ll cover how to identify potential risks to take in our own personal development to maximize your performance.
