Vermont Teddy Bear: Case Study

Bob’s career path has prepared him for the various challenges he would eventually face at VTB. During his career, he had been a database admin, web developer, enterprise content management specialist, CRM admin, business intelligence consultant, software developer, and supply chain management support member. In his first year as CIO, he lost 5 of his 12 IT staff and a few of them had institutional knowledge of the IT environment that had not been documented during their tenure. Bob needed to quickly develop an IT architectural document that capture the current IT environment and model of their IT infrastructure.
