Module 1: Measuring To Improve

Individual performance impacts group performance. To truly be a high-performing collaborator, you need to understand your own role in the team’s success, how you communicate, and where the gaps are. When you are competent and doing your best, you can take the next steps to create an agile team by focusing on and listening to others. In this module, you’ll learn how to align your team’s goals with the organization’s goals and reflect on what to measure to become a high-performing team. This module really gets to the heart of real listening and bringing out the best in others. You’ll learn how to adopt a We-mindset rather than just an I-mindset, so you can all perform harmoniously.

  • The Measure What Matters Video, so that you can identify your core objectives and key results (OKRs) and then use an incremental approach to implementing an agile mindset and measuring change
  • The Success Culture Wheel Gap Self-Assessment, so that you can evaluate your performance, stress, and how you fit in with the team in order to identify what you want— and need— to learn
  • The Know Your Key Capability Exercise, so that you can discover where your strengths lie within your organization, work within your team, and identify where to deepen your competencies
  • The Understanding OKRs Worksheet, so that you can clearly identify your objectives and key results
